Our Commitment to Compliance

At Ottawa J. Paola Towing & Recovery we are committed to conducting every tow and recovery operation in full compliance with Ontario’s Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act (TSSEA).

We operate under the active Tow Operator Certificate, Vehicle Storage Certificate and CVOR authority held by Abdelhamid Hamdan, a licensed and fully compliant tow operator registered with the Ministry of Transportation.

Our operations are structured to meet and exceed all TSSEA and CVOR requirements for transparency, safety, and customer protection. Each tow is authorized with proper consent, billed at or below the approved maximum rates, and performed only by certified and insured personnel.

  Before any services is performed, all customers are made aware of their rights when getting a tow. Each customer must review and sign a valid Consent to Tow and Store Form prior to any work being completed.
  All billing follows the ministry approved Maximum Rate Schedule and is documented for transparency and audit purposes.
